Nutrition and Habit-Coaching:
Nutrition is a key focus to support the program. We will highlight the importance of nutrition and adapt it to your specific lifestyle. Each week we’ll work through goals progressing through the three distinct nutrition phases to compliment our program and develop sustainable eating habits. My one promise? You’ll never feel restricted or overwhelmed.

Exercise Technique Video Analysis:
Being attentive to how you perform each exercise will maximize the benefits received from each and every workout. We will analyze each key exercise together with cues to optimize movement. You will submit video, which we will review while coaching and feedback is provided for the movement corrections made. Technique analysis will occur regularly to ensure proper (and safe) exercise mechanics throughout our program.
